You must not use our website to transmit unsolicited communications or engage in any fraudulent activity.

4. Services Cliniqo provides automation systems built and configured on behalf of the client. All systems are delivered as described in the agreed service scope. Cliniqo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of its service offering at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms Cliniqo operates on a one-time setup fee model. All fees are agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Guarantee Where a performance guarantee has been agreed upon in writing, Cliniqo will honour the terms of that guarantee as outlined in the individual client agreement. Guarantees are subject to the client meeting agreed onboarding requirements and providing necessary access to relevant platforms and accounts.

7. Client Responsibilities To receive the full benefit of Cliniqo's services, clients agree to provide timely access to required platforms and accounts, respond to onboarding requests within agreed timeframes, and ensure their clinic operations are legally compliant in their respective jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property All content, branding, systems, and materials created by Cliniqo remain the intellectual property of Cliniqo until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the delivered system and its configuration are owned by the client. Cliniqo's branding, website content, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Cliniqo at all times.

9. Confidentiality Cliniqo treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Data & Privacy By using Cliniqo's services and website, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Cliniqo collects only the data necessary to deliver its services and communicate with clients. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. SMS & Email Communications By opting in through any Cliniqo form, you consent to receive communications as described at the point of opt-in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

12. Limitation of Liability Cliniqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the preceding 3 months.

13. Exclusivity Cliniqo operates on a one-clinic-per-city basis. Exclusivity is granted upon receipt of full payment and is maintained for the duration of the active service relationship. Cliniqo reserves the right to define city boundaries at its discretion.

14. Termination Cliniqo reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these Terms of Use, fails to meet agreed payment obligations, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to Cliniqo's reputation or operations.

15. Changes to Terms Cliniqo reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
